Sunder Raman

Sunder is Executive Director at Navigate Human Resources Consultants. Sunder has 30 years’ of very rich experience working with some of the biggest organisations, in leadership positions driving Talent , organisation development , Learning and development and other Human resource initiatives.

He has been instrumental in of helping organizations to build HR effectiveness by implementing various technology tools to help organizations in the areas of recruitment, employee engagement, talent development and learning.

Sunder is socially active and contribute and participate in various HR and Leadership Forums and is part of Industry-Academia connect programs and have been mentoring students to address challenges associated with employability and talent concerns.

Sunder has received the Gold Award for Customer Service Training by TISS-Leap Vault at CLO summit.

He is a Professional Certified Coach through International Coach Federation and a Certified Internal Auditor under ISO 9001:2015 standard.

In his career spanning 30 years in Sales, Consulting and Human Resource, he has worked in some of the best companies in India and Middle East across sectors like K12, Education Technology, eLearning, Building and Construction, Retail and Manufacturing. He has 02 decades of senior level corporate experience, with an impressive track record. He has had diverse exposures, ranging from Heading Sales & Marketing to Heading Human Resources function. He has experience of building and enabling engage workforce, enhancing capability of people and implementing EdTech and various eLearning solutions across a diverse set of industries.

Having associated with multiple organizations across India and Middle East Region, he has helped companies and Academic Institutions, implement various technology based solutions and HR strategies, Coaching, People management and development. His core expertise is to harness the talent and skill of the employees, improving employee relations, Leadership Development, succession planning, culture development, talent acquisition, capability development and building a performance-oriented culture for creating an effective HR organization. He is also well versed with various technology-based learning solutions and have implemented various eLearning initiatives through LXP, LMS, Mobile platforms, Assessment Software, Content Capture solutions, Multimedia Based Content and Rapid Content Development Tools.

In his recent past he has held leadership level positions in Otis Elevators, JSW Steel, Prism RMC and Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd.

He is also a HR Committee member of Bombay Chamber of Commerce.

Ashish Sharma

Ashish is an extremely focussed professional with solid foundation in recruitment industry and known as a seasoned head hunter and recruitment specialist.He has more than 25 years of wide range of experience in Telecom, Chemicals, Manufacturing and recruitment industries. He is an able and resourceful administrator with exceptional operational and man management capabilities. His natural talent is his exceptional networking skills across industries and across levels. He has built a huge network of professionals across the globe.

Ashish has done his Masters from Rajasthan University in Business Management in the year 1991.In recruitment industry he has extensively worked for some of the largest organisations in the world in the frilled of Telecom, FMCG, Consumer durable, Auto and Auto ancillary, Manufacturing, Power and infrastructure, Pharma, Real estate and Projects, IT and IT Infrastructure etc..

Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav brings a versatile cross functional experience of more than 16 years across industries (like Banking, Automation & Control, Telecom, Non Ferrous Metals, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, Apparel & footwear, Consumer Goods). He has executed projects in 18 countries. Talent Management, Talent Supply Chain, Finance and Information Technology are his core function areas. At Navigate, Gaurav has been conceptualising & driving talent solutioning across industry domains. He holds Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from REC Durgapur and Masters degree in Business Administration from Goa Institute of Management.

Kajal Gurbani

Has more than 8+ years’ experience of recruitment in IT & non IT industry. She heads the complete recruitment division and handles team of 15 recruiters under her. She has been serving as the backbone of exponential growth and market penetration for Navigate recruitment vertical and has been instrumental in maintaining the profitability and expansion of the company. Her in depth knowledge and analysis of understanding the client requirements helps in sourcing precise candidate as per need.

L Vishwanathan

Viswanathan is a Mentor and Chief Advisor at Navigate Human Resources Consultants. He has more than 38 years of experience in Leadership position across industries (Financial Services, Information Technology, Media and Pharma Industry) in India with business dealings across the globe.

He has a track record of scaling up business, implementing and building a strong distribution network, new business avenues, identifying business synergy, acquisition of new business, identification and tie-up with strategic partners etc. He has handled various digitization initiatives for his organization and its subsidiaries.

Currently a Corporate Advisor to Companies in building the organisation, financial structuring and Independent Director in few Public Limited Companies.

He was Managing Director of Westend Housing Finance Limited for a short span.

He had more than 27 years of career at Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL) where he was Group CFO and Head HR (Chairman of Management committee) .During his tenure he scaled the Business of Stock Holding from US$4mn to US$ 400 million with Asset under Custody (AUC) at US$ 700 billion. At Stock Holding, he alsoheaded the Custodial Services business and set up the Retail Financial Services Distribution (DP, Broking, Derivatives, eStamping, Mutual Fund Bond and Loan Distribution) with more than 250 offices across the country. He also spearheaded the organisation’s Digital Transformation and was instrumental in various strategic initiatives in setting up subsidiaries (including being on their board) which augmented the growth of the group.

Prior to joining Stockholding, he had worked in various capacities at Pfizer, Nelco (a Tata Company), Bennet Coleman (The Times Group) and Sonodynein the areas of strategic planning, business development and system development.He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta University, Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountant of India (ICAI) with a certificate of merit in the final exam, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the USA.He has also undergone various Executive Education programs from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, Harvard Business School and MIT Management Executive Education. He is also a certified Executive Coach from TSW Executive Education Empowers. He is a Guest speaker at Management Institutes, Professional Institutes and Chambers of Commerce. He is also Associate member of All India Management Association, Past Member American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

He was a past member of Rotary club where he held various positions like Chairman program committee and as Public Relation committee member at district level.

Asifa Yadav

Has more than 7+yrs experience in Business Development across various industries. She heads the complete business development division. She is responsible for Marketing company’s services to prospective businesses and high-net-worth clients, identifying opportunities for marketing services offered by the company and setting company sales targets and marketing and sales goals, consulting with management about the overall monetary health of the organization, getting new companies, and overseeing mergers and acquisitions, researching potential client’s portfolio and industry to be prepared in negotiations, forecasting business cases, and building business-to-business partnerships with clients.

Aditya Sharma

Aditya Sharma is the youngest member of navigate family Aditya has done his BBA in business management from Amity Global and now he is pursuing his masters degree from seneca college, Ontario Canada. Aditya has been an outstanding contributor to the success of navigate HR. He has been instrumental in improving our customer delivery operations through very detailed and systematic processes. Aditya has also done a certification course in cyber security and now he takes care of business development of our cybersecurity products and services and various psychometric and other assessment tests.

Vinita Agal

Has overall 7+ years of experience in HR generalist and recruitment. Highly motivated senior recruiter with 5 years of experience in sourcing and hiring top talent for fortune 500 and other diverse industry organisation.skilled in full cycle recruiting, key account management and high volume recruiting through robust recruiting strategies while keeping a balance between organisation needs and candidates talent

Anitha Mudaliyar

6+ years of exp in Core Recruitment. Experience in handling middle and senior level Engineering positions. Strong knowledge of technical space which enables her to translate the same into her projects. Her ability to work under immense pressure brings out the brightest side of her.

Somya Reja

Has overall 8+ years of experience in HR and recruitment. Experienced senior recruiter in IT and Non- IT hiring for 5 years with strong accounts management skills. She has expertise in negotiation with candidates and has great convincing power. She always believes in following the process and tries to complete her end-to-end recruitment with perfection.

Sunny Yadav

Sunny Yadav has 10+yrs experience in IT field i.e Designing , Web & App development. Sunny has great understanding of new and emerging trends in the field of information Technologies.He heads the IT department in Navigate. He take care of technology and Support function.He heads a team of developers and IT professionals and he is incharge for new HR and Cyber Security Product development.He also takes care of website development and Technical support to the social media Marketing Team.

Sunny has Strong analytical skills and has deep understanding of Data Management , He has an eye for detail and is of extremely process and data-driven mindset . He is a an asset to Navigate with his great input to the leadership team about latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
