Sunder is Executive Director at Navigate Human Resources Consultants. Sunder has 30 years’ of very rich experience working with some of the biggest organisations, in leadership positions driving Talent , organisation development , Learning and development and other Human resource initiatives.
He has been instrumental in of helping organizations to build HR effectiveness by implementing various technology tools to help organizations in the areas of recruitment, employee engagement, talent development and learning.
Sunder is socially active and contribute and participate in various HR and Leadership Forums and is part of Industry-Academia connect programs and have been mentoring students to address challenges associated with employability and talent concerns.
Sunder has received the Gold Award for Customer Service Training by TISS-Leap Vault at CLO summit.
He is a Professional Certified Coach through International Coach Federation and a Certified Internal Auditor under ISO 9001:2015 standard.
In his career spanning 30 years in Sales, Consulting and Human Resource, he has worked in some of the best companies in India and Middle East across sectors like K12, Education Technology, eLearning, Building and Construction, Retail and Manufacturing. He has 02 decades of senior level corporate experience, with an impressive track record. He has had diverse exposures, ranging from Heading Sales & Marketing to Heading Human Resources function. He has experience of building and enabling engage workforce, enhancing capability of people and implementing EdTech and various eLearning solutions across a diverse set of industries.
Having associated with multiple organizations across India and Middle East Region, he has helped companies and Academic Institutions, implement various technology based solutions and HR strategies, Coaching, People management and development. His core expertise is to harness the talent and skill of the employees, improving employee relations, Leadership Development, succession planning, culture development, talent acquisition, capability development and building a performance-oriented culture for creating an effective HR organization. He is also well versed with various technology-based learning solutions and have implemented various eLearning initiatives through LXP, LMS, Mobile platforms, Assessment Software, Content Capture solutions, Multimedia Based Content and Rapid Content Development Tools.
In his recent past he has held leadership level positions in Otis Elevators, JSW Steel, Prism RMC and Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd.
He is also a HR Committee member of Bombay Chamber of Commerce.
